1、在开水中加入一茶匙椰油,加入半杯(约105克)米,慢煮40分钟或快煮20到25分钟,然后把煮好的米饭放到冰箱中冷却12个小时即可。

2、淀粉分为可消化和不可消化类,大米中同时含有这两种类型的淀粉。如果能把可消化类的淀粉转换为不可消化类,就可以降低米饭的热量。而椰子油之所以能起到作用,是因其在烹饪时改变了大米淀粉颗粒的结构,使其对消化酶产生抗性,从而不易被肠道吸收。
