1、将红薯泡在水中,刷去泥土,冲洗干净,控干水分。

2、空气炸锅180度,预热5-10分钟。

3、将红薯放入炸锅网篮。

4、160度,烘烤30-40分钟,其间不时取出翻面。

5、红薯软熟,出锅。

6、晾凉,扒皮食用。
