皂角粥制作方法

1、主料:皂角米50克、桃胶50克、大米100克;调料:杏仁碎30克、水适量、碱蜂糖5克;

2、皂角米、桃胶提前一晚上用清水泡发,桃胶泡发后去除杂质;

3、将泡好的皂角米和桃胶与大米混合,加入适量的水,用高压锅炖半个小时后拔掉电源再焖半小时,待炖好的粥自然晾凉放入冰箱冷藏一到两小时。
