1、做仰卧屈膝交替的抬腿动作。仰卧在平整的地面上,两侧的膝关节略微屈曲,左右两侧轮换将下肢抬起。抬起下肢的时候,大腿与地面要垂直,小腿与地面要平行。并且需注意只能使用腹部核心肌的力量,不能借助其他部位的力量,同样每天反复做10~20次。

2、做支撑提膝的收腹动作。双手置于地面并打开双手,与肩关节同宽。然后将膝关节并拢且略微屈曲,向前滑动,到最前端的时候再返回原位,反复进行,一天做10~20次。
