1、首先伸直腿坐着,双手放在身体的两侧,这时要注意脚尖是往内翘起的,慢慢地进行吸气。

2、然后先将左腿往上抬起,一面吐气,一面使力于脚尖,并朝外伸展开。吐完气后稍微休息,再重复同样的动作,左右各做3次。
