1、主料:乌鸡1只、香葱2棵、生姜1小块。

2、调配料:料酒2小匙、精盐2小匙、味精1小匙。

3、制作过程:乌鸡宰杀洗净,放沸水中焯水,除去血水;把乌鸡、料酒、香葱、生姜放入砂锅内,用大火烧开后,改小火炖2小时,加入精盐、 味精即可。
