1、起跳的时候一定要注意双脚平行,双脚与肩同宽。有很多的人都忽略了这一点,我自认为两脚与肩同宽跳的比较远。跳远是考验身体下肢的爆发力,训练时抓重点训练。单脚跳训练训练每天做三组,一组左右脚各20。

2、在跳跃的时候,身体前倾,我觉得体育老师都应该讲过。身体向前扑,这样跳的最远。双手一定要向前用力摆动,双手带动身体,用惯性打到自己理想的跳跃目标。
