1、材料:羊肉1000克,正蜜糖200克,干地黄、归身、川断各200克,怀牛膝100克,上北芪50克。

2、做法:羊肉去皮,清除肥肉及筋膜,洗净切成片或丝。

3、将羊肉、干地黄、归身、川断、怀牛膝、上北芪全部入锅,加水上火同煲约10小时,取浓汁,去渣留肉,再入正蜜糖,熬成麦芽糖样,即可食用。
