1、调整姿势,座椅靠后会导致离合器踩不到底,增加驾驶员的疲劳感。座椅靠前人的腿部伸展不开,也会造成腿部疲劳。

2、调整座椅到舒适位置,以脚踩离合到底部为止。消除紧张情绪,放松腿部肌肉,不可踩着离合器等红灯。

3、用左脚前掌踩离合,踩到底用后脚跟支撑,脚不要悬空。换档后脚离开离合,如不需要再次换挡,就把脚放在离合的左下方旁边。
