太极拳养生基本功

1、无极桩,两脚平行分开,同肩宽,两膝微屈,重心落于两腿之间;两手臂微屈,举于胸前,手指微屈自然展开,指尖相对(相距约20厘米)掌心向里如抱球状,目视两手。

2、开合桩,在无极桩姿势的基础上,两手臂作稍向外棚开和稍向内收合的练习。开时为吸气(小腹鼓起);合时为呼气(小腹内收)。初练时呼吸应力求自然畅通,不要勉强憋气。

3、升降桩,预备时,身体自然正直,两脚开立,头正悬顶,下颏微收,肩臂松垂,两手轻贴大腿外侧,眼向前平视。
