自制酸奶窍门

1、将盛放酸奶的玻璃杯用开水浸泡消毒。

2、常温的牛奶倒入容器中,加入菌粉,搅拌均匀。

3、再将白糖加入,搅拌均匀。

4、将牛奶倒入杯中(8分满),盖上盖子。

5、我用的是烤箱,带发酵功能的,放入烤箱进行发酵,烤箱调至发酵功能,发酵8~10小时,等酸奶凝固后即可食用。

6、或放冰箱冷藏保存即可。
