1、工艺流程:原料→挑选→清洗→打浆→装瓶→密封→成品。

2、加工过程:原料:选择新鲜、柔嫩的香椿芽为原料。挑选:摘除香椿芽上的老梗、黄叶等不可食部分。洗涤:将选好的原料放入洗涤槽中,用流动清水充分洗涤干净,捞出沥去水分。炒酱:分别按原料量的20%加入食盐和水,运用秘制配方,翻炒成熟,保存香椿的口感。装瓶:取六棱瓶将 炒制的酱进行封装,并用密封膜再次封口,即为香椿酱成品。
