1、贴墙站立训练:每天贴墙站立,确保后脑勺、肩部、臀部、小腿肚、脚后跟在一条直线,保持至少10分钟以上。

2、贴墙开肩训练:双脚距离墙壁约一只脚半的距离,双臂向上同时贴墙,胸部紧贴墙并随着腰部下沉,眼睛看向手臂的方向,保持姿势至少30S。

3、双脚脚背触地面,双手撑地,双肩和腰部下沉,背部和头部在自身极限内往后仰,胸部随之向前挺出,保持姿势至少30S。
