刚煮的时候米粉会浮出米浆,如果继续用这个水煮汤的话,汤底就会味道不纯,不能很好的体现出螺蛳粉汤料的味道;而且煮米粉煮出的浮浆味道一般都不会很好,过于浓稠了;浮浆太多的米粉口感也是比较差的,好一些的米粉基本不会有太多浮浆,这样米香会浓一些。
