1、跳绳主要用到的部位是手腕,而不是让整个胳膊发力。

2、跳绳跳起的高度不要太高,一般在跳起3至5厘米就可以,跳绳的过程中,呼吸要有一定的节奏。

3、落地时需要稍微屈膝,这样可以缓冲一下落地对于膝盖的冲击。
